- What is your Returns Policy ?
The returns policy is valid for a period of 7 days after the goods have been received.
For returns to be eligible, the garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Contact us by email to discuss returns and exchanges.
Discounted/Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once the goods have been returned and inspected, you will contacted with either an approval or denial for refund. Any refunds will be for the purchase price of the garment.
Birdy and Bee can only exchange / replace items if they are damaged. Because our pieces are one off creations, and we don't carry a large amount of stock, an exact piece will not be able to be exchanged and a similar piece will be offered as a replacement.
Items that you return and exchange must be shipped to Birdy and Bee. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest to use trackable shipping / insurance . We cant guarantee that we will receive the returned item. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in the post.
We try to show the items in their true to life colours. However, on some devices, the colours in photos can appear different than seeing them in person.

*Are your dyes safe for little ones ?
Yes , they are non-toxic and safe for little tackers.
* How do i wash my tie-dye ?
For the first few washes & longevity of your garment I suggest to hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent (no products that contain bleach ) and dry in the shade.
However you can wash them in the washing machine, i don't suggest to put them in with any whites or light clothing.
